My Opinion concerning TC
I have kept silent about the controversy at The Canvas Message Board, but now would like to make my views on the matter clear.
I feel the actions of the former administrators of TC were entirely in the wrong in their handling of the ownership 'situation'. Those beliefs are further supported, IMO, by their current refusal to return TC to its rightful owners.
I cannot in good conscience visit or post at TC any longer. In my opinion, that would mean I was giving my approval to a crime and/or aiding and abetting a criminal after the fact.
Having said that, I realize that not everyone feels as extreme about the situation as I do, and I will pass no judgement on anyone for their own actions or choices. But for me, the choice is clear, which is very sad as I've been a member of TC for many, many years and have made many good friends as a result of my membership there.
Overall, I am greatly saddened by these events. What happened has been a grave injustice not only to Casey and Koko, but to the members of the board, the fanbase as a whole, and Steve and Becky.
